Job Description
The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, including admissions, memberships, attractions, refunds, and guest communication. This role involves cash management, sales, guest relations, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The GSA will be responsible for all funds and transactions involving the animals.
Requirements
- Exceptional cash register/cash management skills
- Ability to sell and upsell tickets and memberships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to resolve guest issues
- Physical ability to lift, walk, and work outdoors (and indoor work depending on the season)
