Job Description
The Lumistella Company, the intellectual property company behind Santa’s North Pole, is seeking a VP of Digital Sales & eCommerce to architect and execute its digital revenue strategy across all U.S. online channels. This role will drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and ensure operational excellence in the digital customer journey. It begins lean and grows with revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience growing revenue in digital sales and eCommerce.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in digital sales, eCommerce, or omnichannel retail.
- Proven success growing revenue across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and DTC platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital P&L management, sales KPIs, and bottom-line impacts.
- Experience partnering across Marketing, IT, and Operations.
- Skilled negotiator with marketplace platforms and digital retail partners.
- Ability to operate as both strategist and executor.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong people management skills
- Protects company assets.
