Job Description
The New York Times is seeking an Executive Producer for its Opinion section to shape an innovative and journalistically rigorous editorial strategy for video and audio content. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of making ambitious and creative video across a range of subjects and formats.
Requirements
- 10+ years producing digital news videos or podcast video
- 5+ years managing direct reports
- Deep familiarity with vertical video platforms and the changing social media landscape
- Broad knowledge of current events and news
- Familiarity with digital storytelling formats
- Experience working with talent
- Experience in a fast-paced news environment
