Job Description
Normal Brand is seeking a hard-working, personable Keyholder to join their brick-and-mortar store at Battlefield Mall. The role involves leading a team, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, enjoyable store environment. The store emphasizes fun and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Fashion/apparel industry experience
- Proficiency with Shopify and Shopify POS
- Strong integrity
- Excellent fashion sense
- Self- awareness
- Humble, Hungry, and Smart
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- 20-30 hours a week for part-time (up to 40 hours during peak business)
