You'll teach the real meaning of independent driving by delivering tailored lessons based on the NRMA Driver Training Curriculum while developing your skills within the industry to deliver the NSW Safer Drivers Course, become an Older Driver Assessor, and to be an authorised trainer for our dynamic Corporate Driver Training program.
Requirements
- Valid NSW Driving Instructor Licence
- Valid NSW C class Driver's Licence
- Valid Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Passion and dedication to help our learner drivers of today become safe and independent drivers
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to exude empathy and patience in all interactions
- The ability to drive NRMA products and positive reviews through a need-based selling approach
- Excellent communication with the ability to effectively engage with a broad spectrum of individuals spanning from differing demographics to levels of driving confidence
- Exceptional understanding and adherence to NSW road rules and regulations
- Effective diary management and a strong work ethic, able to tightly manage time and optimise schedule to service customers
- Ability to confidently adapt to various customer learning styles, needs and preferences
- A team player with a strong work ethic who is flexible and willing to adapt and grow with business demand and requirements
