Care Aide Night Shift

Provides personal care services to clients in their residence as directed by the Care Coordinator.

Requirements

• Provides primary care including all ADL's, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, restorative nursing, and vital signs.
• Monitors the safety of the client.
• Provides restorative care for clients in their residence as per individual needs, physician order and support plan.
• Maintains ongoing communication with the Care Coordinator regarding client needs.
• Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all clients, families, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
