Job Description
The PENTA Building Group is seeking Senior Project Engineers with hospitality or healthcare construction experience. The role involves coordinating project information, providing technical assistance, monitoring progress, managing change orders, and promoting safety. The engineer will work with the Project Manager and Superintendent to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working on hospitality or healthcare construction projects
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification is a plus
- Fluency in reading, quantifying, and analyzing construction drawings
- Competent understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
- Strong verbal and written communication, and strong organizational and time management
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in assignments and priorities
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
