Job Description
PENTA Building Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage projects within the Las Vegas, NV, location. The role involves overseeing the project team, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project success, including maintaining communication and budget control. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and financial skills, and a proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior construction project management experience
- Experience working on large commercial construction projects is a plus
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
- Fluency in reading, quantifying, and analyzing construction drawings
- Competent understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
- Ability to work efficiently on fast-paced projects with accelerated schedules
- Experience with follow-up and monitoring of work to ensure quality standards
