Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and BLS license required
PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
Intensive education and clinical expertise, Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities, Current knowledge of treatment practices
Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) -Day shift
LPN license, BLS license, and at least a high school degree required
Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) -Evening shift
Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) license in good standing and BLS license required
Housekeeper
