Job Description
We are looking for a Business Desk Advisor to handle complex customer questions regarding Business Payment/Receipt via work order, commercial opportunities, and financing questions. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, and commercially inclined, with a completed HBO Bachelor or MBO4 degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Requirements
- Completed HBO Bachelor or MBO4 degree
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Customer contact experience is a plus
- Previous experience within Rabobank is a plus
- Rabobank experience and knowledge of the business domain is a plus
- Knowledge of daily banking and basic insurance
- Knowledge of complex banking and/or financing for the (F&A) SMB
