Job Description
Teamlead KYC job at Rabobank, responsible for leading a team of new analysts, developing their skills and content, and ensuring timely and high-quality customer investigations. Requires experience in CDD investigations, team management, and knowledge of Wwft and sanction regulations.
Requirements
- WO or HBO education in finance and economics or law
- 1 year of concrete experience in conducting CDD investigations
- 1 year of experience in operationally managing and (content) coaching a team
- Knowledge of the Wwft and sanction regulations
- Knowledge of analytical techniques in relation to evaluating transactions, customer activities, and signals
- Knowledge of primary banking processes, products, and systems
- Good command of the Dutch language in writing and speaking
