The group is seeking multiple Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physician Assistants to join its urgent care team across several New Haven–area clinics. Providers rotate between local urgent care centers, all located within approximately 35 minutes of one another.
Requirements
- Provide urgent care evaluation and treatment for patients of all ages
- Perform standard urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, incision & drainage, and basic orthopedic procedures
- Conduct workers’ compensation evaluations and employment physicals
- Utilize Experity EMR for documentation and order entry
- Rotate across multiple local urgent care clinics in the New Haven region
- Collaborate with physicians, NPs, PAs, radiology staff, and MAs
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain clinical documentation and adhere to organizational protocols
- Schedule: Clinics open 7 days/week | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Full-time schedule: 7 twelve-hour shifts every two weeks, Must be able to work four weekend shifts per month, Must be DOT certified or willing to obtain certification after hiring
