Job Description
Join The Resource Exchange team as a Respite Programs Assistant and make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their caregivers. The role involves providing critical support to TRE's respite programs, collaborating with the Respite Programs Manager, and ensuring quality delivery and documentation of program offerings.
Requirements
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for inquiries regarding respite services
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all family contacts and service requests
- Provide on-site support during all respite sessions
- Facilitate respite sessions independently when the Respite Programs Coordinator is unavailable
- Track family and participant attendance across sessions
- Assist in identifying and supporting the development of new group and individualized respite offerings
- Manage inventory of supplies and maintain program storage bins
