The Salvation Army is seeking a Product Specialist (Fundraising) to contribute to the development, refinement, and management of fundraising products and propositions. The successful candidate will assist in designing compelling donor propositions, conduct market research, and support cross-functional coordination of product development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in product development and/or product management
- Fundraising experience is advantageous
- Exposure to change management is desirable
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven team-focused approach
