Job Description
Schochet is seeking a Part Time Assistant Property Manager for their 44-unit Elderly Apartment Community in Lawrence, MA. The role involves managing positive communications, supervising rent calculations and collections, and overseeing resident recertifications. A strong knowledge of local Section 8 voucher programs and LIHTC certifications is required.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- 2+ years of prior multifamily property management experience
- Strong knowledge of local Section 8 voucher programs and LIHTC certifications
- COS or SHCM (Specialist in Housing Credit Manager)– a plus
