Job Description
Schochet is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Plumley Village in Worcester, MA. The role requires electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair skills, as well as the ability to lift moderate weights and stand/walk for long periods. Strong customer service skills and previous maintenance experience are also necessary.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience
- Ability to lift moderate weights (30-60 lbs)
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- Live within 30 minutes of Worcester
