Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance and repair service requests, carry out preventive maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and functionality of the property's buildings and equipment.

Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma
• Minimum 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III)
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of key management and security systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to access computer programs and use or learn basic computer operations related to position requirements
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary
