Job Description
The Scion Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical condition of their properties. The role involves responding to maintenance and repair service requests, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma
- 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
- EPA 608 Type I certification
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of key management and security systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to access computer programs and use or learn basic computer operations
