Job Description
Scotts Miracle-Gro is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Growing Media facility in Lebanon, CT. As a Plant Manager, you will drive employee engagement, safety, product quality, productivity, order delivery, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to positively impact the plant's overall performance and our customers' satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other related fields.
- 5 years of site-level or department management experience in manufacturing or warehousing.
- Working knowledge of enabling functions of operations including environmental management, quality assurance, capital planning, production scheduling, and private fleet operations.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
