Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Assistant Sushi Chef with a passion for Japanese cuisine to support the preparation of sushi and other Japanese dishes according to high quality standards.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with sushi
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and desire to grow in this field
- Precision and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn, enthusiasm, and openness to guidance and feedback
- Fluent English language skills
