Job Description
House of Noa is looking for a passionate and ambitious Sushi Sous Chef to create refined Japanese sushi and bites. The role involves training with Chef Ken from Ken Sushi and working in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience preparing high-quality sushi and a strong passion for Japanese cuisine.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience preparing high-quality sushi as an independent cook or Sous Chef
- A strong passion for Japanese cuisine
- Experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment
- Precision and attention to detail — both in flavour and presentation
- A curious, eager-to-learn attitude and a drive to develop your skills further
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
