We are looking for a driven Business Development Lead who converts strategy into results and takes a leading role in expanding our business customer base.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial B2B sales role, preferably as an account manager or sales manager.
- Strong drive to achieve targets and create commercial opportunities
- Affinity with or knowledge of the energy market (experience with dynamic pricing is a plus)
- Able to translate customer and market data into convincing commercial proposals
- Experience with CRM systems and structured pipeline and forecast management
- Excellent communicative and negotiation skills in Dutch; English is a plus
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented
- Team player who effectively interacts with internal stakeholders
- HBO/WO work and thinking level
