Job Description
The Team Leader HV Zone 2 Nights will lead their team with Safety, 5S, quality, delivery, and cost control in mind. This position requires leadership skills, training, and accountability to company policies and processes.
Requirements
- 1-year experience in commercial vehicle assembly (Walk-ins, Truck Bodies/PDVs)
- Flexible with work hours/assignments
- Knowledge of manufacturing build process
- Ability to train team to read installation and assembly prints
- Troubleshooting production issues, safety and 5S processes and regulations
- Proficient with computers (knowledge of Aurora a plus)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to motivate co-workers
- Positive attitude
- Highly organized
- Proactive in dealing with product and people issues
