Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong FX industry knowledge to join our HR & Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for FX-related roles and developing strong candidate pipelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment within the Forex/Fintech/Financial Services industry
- Strong network and knowledge of FX roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across international offices
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Target-driven, proactive, and resilient personality
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
