Requirements

• Working knowledge of legal documents encountered in trusts, estate planning and finance
• Knowledge of legal requirements that affect trusts under the Principal & Income Act and Prudent Investor Act
• Effective communication skills
• Supervisory experience
• Established network of legal, accounting and insurance professionals
• Background in wealth management, client administration, and portfolio management or foundation services
