
Job description
The Operations Officer will work in the Financial Institutions Group in Europe, enabling FIG investment opportunities in the Europe region. The role involves incubating high-impact projects and initiatives, getting potential clients ready for IFC investment, and identifying and assessing Advisory/Upstream opportunities.
Develop feasibility studies and implementation plans for Advisory/Upstream projects, work closely with investment colleagues to develop and manage client relationships, and spot game-changing trends and technologies.
The role requires a strong understanding of the financial sector, digital innovation, and capital markets structures. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, deal sourcing, and client support, with a focus on preparing clients in nascent markets and sectors for investment.
