Requirements
- Nationally recognized accredited group exercise certification (ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NETA preferred)
- Standalone or specialty certification (Les Mills, Zumba, etc.)
- Ability to clearly communicate and effectively listen to children, parents/guardians, members, and other Y associates
