Accounting Associate

Thea Energy is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will own the corporate accounting function, drive day-to-day operations, and partner closely with leadership to implement a scalable financial infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• Strong background in general ledger management and financial reporting
• GAAP compliance and audit readiness
• Experience with accounting software/ERPs and Excel
• Familiarity with procurement software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
