Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at Thiga, you will be responsible for establishing product strategy and vision, collaborating with UX and UI designers, and working with dev and QA teams. You will also be expected to guide customers in their transformation and improvement of their practices.

Requirements

• Establish the product strategy and vision
• Define the roadmap and plan future versions of your product with a user-centric strategy
• Collaborate with UX and UI designers to design the user experience and create web or mobile interfaces
• Use techniques of prioritization (Rice, MoSCow, Kano...)
• Work daily with your dev and/or QA team
• Master Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Design Sprint
• Know how to interpret KPIs measuring your product's performance and deduce the impact on users
• Accompany your product team in defining its OKRs
