Job Description
Under the direction of the general manager and directly reporting to the group CFO, the financial director will play a key role in coordinating and supervising financial activities to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Manage and motivate the accounting/administrative team
- Maintain trust relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the general manager to establish governance systems
- Provide information to the board of directors and ensure its implementation
- Guide the company in informed financial decisions
- Develop business plans and annual budgets
- Supervise monthly reports, annual closures, and financial reports
- Manage financial audits
- Work with the commercial director on project management and contract negotiations
- Manage fiscal, legal, and insurance aspects
- Supervise relations with financial and insurance institutions
