Under the direction of the general manager and directly reporting to the group CFO, the financial director will play a key role in coordinating and supervising financial activities to achieve the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Manage and motivate the accounting/administrative team
• Maintain trust relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the general manager to establish governance systems
• Provide information to the board of directors and ensure its implementation
• Guide the company in informed financial decisions
• Develop business plans and annual budgets
• Supervise monthly reports, annual closures, and financial reports
• Manage financial audits
• Work with the commercial director on project management and contract negotiations
• Manage fiscal, legal, and insurance aspects
• Supervise relations with financial and insurance institutions
