Job Description
As a recruiter/headhunter, you will be responsible for the complete recruitment process, without having to develop business: database research, candidate contact, virtual interviews, reference check, accompaniment and advice. You will work in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere, and a work environment that promotes autonomy, sharing of new ideas, and taking initiative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (orientation, psychology, sociology, HR, RI)
- 2 to 7 years of experience as a researcher or recruiter
- Experience in research in candidate databases
- Listening, empathy, and interest in people
- Ease of communication by phone
- Analytical mind and good sense of organization
- Autonomy and ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- Fluency in French and English
