CNC Machinist 2nd Shift - Lathe

The CNC Machinist 2nd Shift - Lathe position is responsible for set-up and operation of CNC machines, ensuring compliance with specifications and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience
• CNC certification or CNC Trade School, a major plus
• Experience with Haas and Fanuc controls
• Understanding of Virtual Gibbs and manual programming (G codes/M codes)
• Familiar with the operation of DNC systems
• Setup Time Reduction a plus
• Prototyping experience a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and work ethic, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to work well in a group atmosphere, and comply with high quality standards
