The role involves scheduling, dispatching jobs, coordinating installation and sales, ensuring quality, processing paperwork, and providing customer support. Requirements
- Schedule and dispatch jobs for installation and sales teams.
- Ensure permits are applied for and received, inspections are booked, and follow up on jobs.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are ordered and ready for each job.
- Process all departmental paperwork and A/R.
