Job Description
Thos. R. Birnie & Sons is seeking a dedicated Labourer/Drain Technician to join their team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential drain systems, ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Diagnose and repair residential drain systems.
- Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work.
- Connect with customers and build a positive relationship.
- Communicate to the customer the reasons for the blockage and how you will resolve it.
- General labourer work as required.
