
Job description
Lead ThoughtSpot's content strategy across campaigns, product launches, thought leadership, web, demand programs, events, nurture, and digital experiences. Build and manage a clear content roadmap tied to company priorities, audience needs, product strategy, campaign themes, and revenue goals.
Lead and develop a lean content team while staying close enough to the work to shape quality and outcomes. Use AI across the content lifecycle, including audience research, messaging exploration, content briefs, outlines, repurposing, localization, personalization, SEO, GEO, testing, and performance analysis.
7 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS content strategy, content marketing, editorial strategy, product content, or integrated campaign content. Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and messaging skills. Experience creating content for technical, data, AI, analytics, cloud, or enterprise software audiences.
