Role Overview

Thread AI is looking for a senior Applied AI Designer to shape the design of its AI Workflow Orchestration platform. The role involves creating user-centered experiences for complex AI workflows and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Design innovative and intuitive experiences for AI workflows, work with engineering and product teams, and translate user needs into a seamless product.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field
• Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
• Proven ability to lead the end-to-end design process
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience designing and contributing to scalable design systems
• Experience designing developer-facing products, tools, APIs, or other technical platforms
• Strong interest in and understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs)
