Job Description
Threat Tec, LLC is seeking an Integrated Support Command (ISC) – Work Area Support (WCOPFOR Support) Analyst to plan and execute sustainment operations in MCTP WFX events. The role involves replicating OPFOR's sustaining enterprise and managing flows within the simulation, with a focus on creating realistic friction and challenges for training audiences.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship
- 5+ years in sustainment disciplines (e.g., 90A/92A, 70‐series medical, mobility/movement control) with brigade/division/corps staff experience
- Familiarity with constructive simulations and staff processes, or strong aptitude to learn
- Proficiency with operational planning and decisive action scenarios
