Job Description
As an Employment Support Specialist, you will help individuals with mental illness achieve their employment goals. You will be trained in the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model and work to remove barriers to employment by developing a plan with clients to achieve their goals.
Requirements
- Passion for mental health advocacy
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, current car insurance, and a car for daily use
- Willingness to provide transportation to clients
