Job Description
We're looking for a School-Based Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor to lead our team of mental health professionals in K-12 schools across Chattanooga-area schools. As a leader, you'll provide clinical supervision, mentor emerging clinicians, and strengthen school partnerships, all while helping build a growing, mission-driven organization.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee licensure (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
- Meets Tennessee requirements to provide clinical supervision
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Familiarity with Medicaid/Private Insurance billing and documentation requirements
