Job Description
The Washington State Sheriff's Office is seeking a full-time Certified Lateral Corrections Deputy to receive, search, book, fingerprint, and photograph incoming prisoners. Duties include maintaining security, distributing prisoners, managing inmates, and providing assistance to inmates. This position requires a current valid Washington State Driver's License and a valid Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission Corrections Officer Academy certification or equivalent. Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
