They are seeking a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to provide expert clinical oversight in specialty palliative care, including patient case conferences and case management. Requirements
- 2+ years of nurse practitioner experience with at least 2 years in palliative care.
- ACHPN certification.
- Unrestricted NP license.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
