At least 3 years of NP experience, including 2 years in adult oncology with urgent care responsibilities, and at least 1 year of telehealth experience
Palliative Oncology Nurse Navigator
5+ years of nursing experience, including 3 years in outpatient palliative care and/or home hospice
Oncology Nurse Navigator
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience, and oncology certifications
Oncology Social Worker (8:30 - 5 pm EST)
3-5 years of experience in social work, oncology, or related field. Master's degree in Social Work required
Complex Oncology Nurse Navigator
BSN, RN license, 5 years of nursing experience, 3 years of high-acuity, adult oncology experience, OCN certification
Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (IL-Licensed)
NP experience w/ 2+ yrs in palliative care. ACHPN certification is required. Unlimited NP license & unrestricted NP license are also required. Tech-savviness important
Oncology Nurse Manager
Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license, oncology experience (leadership & remote roles). OCN/AOCN certifications preferred. Prior startup experience a plus
