Oncology Transitions of Care Nurse
BSN degree, 5+ years of nursing experience, 3+ years of oncology nursing or case management experience, and Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification
Enrollment Specialist
High school degree or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in healthcare or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Palliative Care Physician
Board-certified physician with at least 2 years of post-training clinical experience in palliative care or complex primary care
Oncology Nurse Navigator
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience, and oncology certifications
Oncology Nurse Navigator (Saturday + 4 Weekdays Shift)
BSN, RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience, 3+ years in oncology nursing
Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (IL-Licensed)
NP experience w/ 2+ yrs in palliative care. ACHPN certification is required. Unlimited NP license & unrestricted NP license are also required. Tech-savviness important
Oncology Nurse Manager
Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license, oncology experience (leadership & remote roles). OCN/AOCN certifications preferred. Prior startup experience a plus
