Job Description

They are seeking an Oncology Nurse Manager to lead Nurse Teams, fostering a culture of compassion, trust, and growth. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and implementing strategies for improving team performance and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing
- Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License
- 2+ years of nursing experience with oncology navigation/case management
- 2+ years as a nurse leader
- Certified Oncology Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
- Prior startup experience is preferred
