Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Accounting to join our Group Finance team and lead group-wide accounting and reporting across Sweden, Norway, Germany, and the Netherlands. As a growing scale-up, we need someone who can lead the evolution of our financial operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years in senior accounting/finance with strong IFRS and multi-country VAT/statutory experience
- Experience from changing accounting standards is a plus
- Background in international/multi-entity environments; group reporting and audit ownership
- Hands-on with ERP (NetSuite or similar) and modern finance tooling; detail-oriented and structured
- Proven leadership of distributed teams; collaborative, reliable and pragmatic; and fluent in English
