Agency Partnership Manager - SMB, TikTok Korea

We're looking for a dynamic, aspirational SMB Agency Partnership Manager with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Korea covering the Korean market. You will be a crucial member of a growing team that will partner with high value SMB advertisement agencies in a one to many structure with the goal of activating, nurturing and growing accounts.

Requirements

• Building relationships and alliances with agencies, identifying and analyzing their needs and challenges, providing training, etc
• Increasing sales of agencies, managing numbers and deals, and developing strategies and action plans
• Planning and implementing events and other activities to encourage more agencies to use our service in the Korean market
• Discovering problems in existing operations through collaboration with other departments and team members to resolve them
• Accumulating knowledge and providing feedback to internal marketing, product, and operations departments
• Promotion and support of various projects, e.g. package drafting/sales expansion, product sales expansion, operational improvement
