Job Description
The Associate Agency Manager will contribute to the strategic development of entry-tier or mature-tier agencies on TikTok LIVE, enhancing content quality and driving revenue growth. They will train agencies and streamers to adapt to TikTok LIVE, monitor performances, and collaborate with agencies and streamers to build trust and develop long-term plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or managing agencies
- Data/analytical skills: Ability to draw business insights using analytics, track performance, create strategies, and execute to deliver results.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Portuguese to communicate with external stakeholders in Brazil.
