Job Description
Tim Hortons Foundation Camps help youth from underserved communities achieve their full potential through multi-year, overnight camp experiences. We are looking for a Overnight Facilitator to deliver quality programming to campers during the preparation, delivery and debrief of their overnight experience.
Requirements
- Experienced at working with youth aged 11 – 17
- Fluent in French (required)
- Experienced facilitator
- Experience planning and leading camping and overnight experiences
- Skilled in positive behavior management
- Certified in Wilderness First Aid (WFA) and CPR (adult, child, infant) w/AED, or willing to obtain
- Licensed with a valid G Class Driver’s License, or equivalent
- Pursuing post-secondary education (required at some locations)
- Able to live on-site for an extended period of time and work flexible hours
- Able to provide a clear criminal background check
