Timber-Lee Ministries INC is a nonprofit Christian organization that operates a summer camp in East Troy, WI, offering educational, recreational, and spiritual programming for campers. The organization provides camp leadership, craft and leather workshops, animal care and outdoor education, and overall camp logistics and support to create a safe, Christ-centered environment.

Housekeeping Associate (Summer 2026)
Must be at least 16, committed to Christianity, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Physical stamina required, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Food Service Associate (Summer 2026)
Must have a strong Christian faith, commit to Timber-lee's mission, and be able to perform food service duties with a positive attitude
Dining Room Coordinator (Year Round, Full Time)
Requires spiritual faith and commitment to a Christian lifestyle. Must demonstrate excellent work ethic and a positive attitude. Must meet minimum age requirements and be able to operate cleaning equipment
Photographer (Summer 2026)
Must be a professing Christian and committed to Timber-lee's mission. Good work ethic, positive attitude & physical capabilities are required
Internship (Fall & Spring)
Bachelor's degree preferred, active and clean driver's license is necessary. Must be a Christian and have a strong love for Jesus Christ

Worship Associate (Summer 2026)
Spiritual commitment to Timber-lee, experience w/ youth, & proficiency in music. Must be 18+ & able to lift 50lbs

16+ years of age, Christian faith, and strong work ethic. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are a must
Videographer (Summer 2026)
Faith in Christian teachings. Strong work ethic and organizational skills. Ability to work with children & physical stamina
Retail Associate (Summer 2026)
Must be at least 16, have a spiritual commitment to Christianity, and possess excellent customer service & communication skills. Familiarity with Square a plus
