The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for driving solution excellence, establishing integration architecture standards, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes for complex ERP integrations. This role owns the end-to-end solution design for non-prebuilt ERP use cases, defining integration patterns, ensuring technical scalability, and guiding PS delivery teams through implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience designing and delivering ERP or financial system integrations within SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of AP automation workflows, ERP data structures, integration design patterns, APIs, and middleware approaches.
- Proven experience writing SOWs, solution specifications, data mapping models, and technical architecture documentation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both executive and technical audiences.
- Demonstrated track record driving delivery success and enabling scalable repeatable solutions across customer portfolios.
