Job Description
Tishman Speyer is seeking a Senior Director, West Coast Residential Asset Management to drive the growth of the Residential platform, develop and execute annual budgets, and manage third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of residential asset management experience, a BS degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of residential asset management experience
- BS degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate
- Strong oral written communication skills
- Time management/organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Argus Enterprise
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex assets and initiatives
- Experience with legal documents and relevant real estate protocols
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
